Full time position available for building maintenance professional. This position requires experience in a wide range of facility maintenance. General knowledge of all trades and prior experience preferred. Duties include but are not limited to: janitorial, general carpentry, snow removal, driving school vehicles, and event set-up. Working knowledge of maintenance on HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems. All needs are based on repairs and PM necessary to either fix or know what should be left to certified contractor. Ideal candidate must be dependable, self-starter, valid driver's license, pass background check, speak and read English.
