Job Summary Grand Industrial is seeking dependable Industrial Maintenance Laborers to support maintenance, repair, and installation work at industrial facilities. This position is ideal for individuals with a strong work ethic and mechanical aptitude who enjoy hands-on work in an industrial environment. Mechanical and/or welding experience are preferred. What You'll Do

• Assist with industrial maintenance, repairs, and equipment installations
• Use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively
• Support mechanical repairs on industrial equipment and machinery
• Assist with fabrication, welding, and steel modifications as needed
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas
• Work independently and as part of a team while following supervisor direction Requirements
• Mechanical experience preferred
• Welding experience preferred
• Construction, manufacturing, or industrial maintenance experience is a plus
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to lift, bend, climb, and work in industrial environments
• Must pass a pre-employment drug screen

Pay:

$20.00 - $22.00 per hour
