The Colony Condominium Trust is looking for someone to join our maintenance team to work on a variety of projects. This includes painting, small electrical repairs, pool maintenance; seasonal tasks like storing pool furniture & clearing road drains; landscaping duties like planting or removing shrubs and clearing brush; occasional projects like digging shallow trenches, landscape improvements, fixing potholes. Knowledge of techniques, materials and practices of carpentry and plumbing helpful. Experience with hand tools and power equipment a plus. Work is physical and mostly outside. You must be able to lift 50 pounds and perform moderately strenuous work under varying weather conditions.

Minimum Requirements:

High school diploma Ability to deal with people in a friendly manner Mature, responsible, able to work alone Hours and benefits: Year round, part-time 16 hours/week (average) Paid Sick Time (after 90 days) Use of facilities (gym, pools, tennis court)

Pay:

$23.00 - $23.75 per hour
