Full-Time or Part-Time Available Valid Driver's License Required Position Overview We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Maintenance Worker to help maintain our two gourmet grocery store locations and warehouse facility. This position is responsible for general building maintenance, minor repairs, grounds upkeep, seasonal property maintenance, and supporting a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for our customers and staff. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, mechanically inclined, and comfortable performing a variety of maintenance tasks across multiple locations. Responsibilities

• Perform general building maintenance and repair tasks at store and warehouse locations
• Complete light carpentry projects, including repairs to fixtures, shelving, doors, and displays
• Troubleshoot and perform basic repairs involving electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems
• Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance
• Maintain clean and safe interior and exterior property conditions
• Perform seasonal landscaping duties, including mowing, trimming, planting, and general grounds maintenance
• Assist with snow removal, salting, and ice control during winter months
• Transport supplies, equipment, or materials between locations as needed
• Monitor parking lots during busy periods and serve as a visible security and customer assistance presence
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergency repair situations
• Ensure compliance with company safety standards and procedures Qualifications
• Previous maintenance, facilities, construction, or handyman experience preferred
• Basic understanding of electrical, plumbing, and carpentry repairs
• Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and maintenance equipment safely
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
