Job Description

DUTIES:

Assists in performing a variety of skilled and semi-skilled jobs in and about the building and grounds, such as painting, electrical, carpentry, grounds keeping, snow removal.

QUALIFICATIONS

Must have valid state driver's license
Ability to follow written and oral instructions
Ability to work beyond normal working hours, on weekends, severe weather conditions and on call
Ability to interact effectively with residents/patients, their families, visitors, and other staff members
Ability to climb, stoop, bend, pull and lift in excess of 50 pounds as necessary to perform required tasks as assigned throughout the day This is a full time, 30 hours per week position that reports to the Physical Plant Director.

You must also be able to pass a CORI check, drug screen and physical prior to hire.
