Job Description
DUTIES:
Assists in performing a variety of skilled and semi-skilled jobs in and about the building and grounds, such as painting, electrical, carpentry, grounds keeping, snow removal.QUALIFICATIONS
- Must have valid state driver's license
- Ability to follow written and oral instructions
- Ability to work beyond normal working hours, on weekends, severe weather conditions and on call
- Ability to interact effectively with residents/patients, their families, visitors, and other staff members
- Ability to climb, stoop, bend, pull and lift in excess of 50 pounds as necessary to perform required tasks as assigned throughout the day This is a full time, 30 hours per week position that reports to the Physical Plant Director.
