Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Maintenance Person to join our team. As a Maintenance Person, you will be responsible for ensuring the proper functioning and maintenance of our facilities. This is a vital role in our organization, as you will play a key part in keeping our operations running smoothly.

Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance tasks, including but not limited to: repairing equipment, troubleshooting issues, and conducting preventive maintenance
• Conduct inspections to identify potential problems and address them in a timely manner
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests from various departments
• Collaborate with other team members to complete projects and tasks efficiently
• Fabricate and weld components as needed
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities using a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS)
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe work environment
• Provide exceptional customer service to internal stakeholders

Requirements:

• Previous experience in facilities maintenance or a related field
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team
• Proficiency in using CMMS software for maintenance tracking and reporting
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels
• Ability to read and interpret electrical and mechanical schematics
• Knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems, including troubleshooting techniques
