Job Description
Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Maintenance Person to join our team. As a Maintenance Person, you will be responsible for ensuring the proper functioning and maintenance of our facilities. This is a vital role in our organization, as you will play a key part in keeping our operations running smoothly.Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, including but not limited to: repairing equipment, troubleshooting issues, and conducting preventive maintenance
- Conduct inspections to identify potential problems and address them in a timely manner
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests from various departments
- Collaborate with other team members to complete projects and tasks efficiently
- Fabricate and weld components as needed
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities using a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS)
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe work environment
- Provide exceptional customer service to internal stakeholders
Requirements:
- Previous experience in facilities maintenance or a related field
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Proficiency in using CMMS software for maintenance tracking and reporting
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels
- Ability to read and interpret electrical and mechanical schematics
- Knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems, including troubleshooting techniques
- Experience with welding and fabrication techniques is highly desirable We offer competitive pay based on experience and qualifications.
