Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Complete preventative maintenance for all guest rooms and public spaces according to the outlined timetable/schedule.
Respond to maintenance requests made by both the guests of the hotel and fellow hotel team members when necessary.
Inspect of the hotel's systems, guest room and grounds upkeep, adherence to brand standards.
Landscaping and outside duties as requested.
Maintain inventory and condition of tools and materials that are provided.
Interact professionally and politely with guests and coworkers.
Ability to work on your own while staying on task and completing required work
Willingness to perform any tasks that are required by the hotel
General Manager Requirements:
The ideal candidate should have some experience with general maintenance in one or more of the following categories: HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, Mechanical, Paint/Wallpaper and Pool maintenance.
United States work authorization is required High school or higher education preferred No criminal background and no drug use Must be able to provide references Must be able to work weekends and holidays.
Must have reliable transportation. Perform other duties as required. This role requires the ability to move and lift up to 75 lbs. Standing, sitting or walking for extended periods of time and ensuring a professional demeanor, clear communication and appearance in a clean uniform are also required.
