Full Job Description Responsibilities:

Maintenance:

Responsible for the maintenance of HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, and other systems throughout the Cotswold Building. An on-site person will be required to work with outside companies for support of systems. This includes scheduling and calling when a problem cannot be fixed.

Grounds:

Responsible for taking care of trees, bushes, ground cover, snow/ice on sidewalks, and keeping the grounds clean and safe for all employees.

Other:

There are always a wide variety of jobs to be done around the company. Such as assembling racks for inventory and being available for disasters like flooding or snowstorms. A person must be willing and able to assist in a variety of jobs.

Qualifications:

Experience or education in HVAC systems, electrical, and/or plumbing is required. If a person has acquired a degree in one or more of the fields mentioned, a GPA of 3.0 or higher is required. Business hours are 8:30 am to 5:00 pm. Occasional time outside normal scheduled hours will be needed for emergencies.

Pay is commensurate with qualifications and experience. We are competitive with Nebraska wages. Full employee benefits are available.
