Position Overview Rider University seeks an entry-level individual for a temporary Building Maintenance position to perform a variety of routine maintenance services requiring the repair/replacement, installation and repair of building components. The work schedule for this temporary position is Monday - Friday, 7:30 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. Required Knowledge, Skills and Experience Demonstrated basic plumbing and electrical experience. Demonstrated organizational skills. Physical ability to perform required job responsibilities. Demonstrated ability to work with minimum supervision, work from ladders, and operate power tools. A valid driver's license in good standing is required. Must have own hand tools. Satisfactory background and/or DMV checks required.
