Maintenance Assistant Schedule & Benefits Schedule:

Full-time, Day shift, including one weekend per month Work today; Get paid today option available Comprehensive benefits package available for full-time employees, including health, dental, vision and paid time off (PTO) Opportunities for career advancement. Maintenance Assistant Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent. Ability to work independently or part of a group. Computer knowledge. Previous long term care experience is preferred but not required. Troubleshoot building mechanical problems. Maintenance Assistant Responsibilities Perform miscellaneous repairs, scheduled, and preventative maintenance on equipment ensuring satisfactory operations. Working knowledge of electrical systems, various heating, ventilating, and air conditioning systems. Follow established safety rules, policies, and procedures of the maintenance department.
