We are looking for Maintenance Personnel to join our team and help keep our facility in top condition. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing routine maintenance tasks such as cleaning, painting, carpentry, overall grounds keeping and repairs. They will also be expected to respond to emergency maintenance requests and inspect the facility for any potential safety hazards. The ideal candidate will have experience in general maintenance and repair work, as well as excellent problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities:

Inspect and maintain all equipment in the facility. Perform routine maintenance and repairs on equipment & building. Perform preventive maintenance on all equipment. Maintain a clean and safe work environment. Troubleshoot and diagnose problems with equipment. Keep accurate records of maintenance activities. Maintain a parts inventory and order supplies as needed.

Pay:

$12.00 - $14.00 per hour
