Apartment Turnover Specialist Job Description:

We are seeking a reliable and skilled Handyman to handle apartment turnovers and general residential maintenance tasks. The ideal candidate will have experience in a variety of trades, including light plumbing, carpentry, painting, and minor repairs. This role is essential in ensuring that apartments are move-in ready and well-maintained for residents.

Responsibilities:

• Perform apartment turnover repairs and upgrades to prepare units for new tenants.
• Install, repair, or replace kitchen cabinets, sinks, faucets, shower bodies, and handles.
• Patch, sand, and paint walls, ceilings, and trim as needed.
• Complete light carpentry and hardware installation.
• Troubleshoot and repair minor plumbing issues.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring all work is completed in a timely manner.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a handyman or in a similar maintenance role.
• Knowledge of basic plumbing, carpentry, and painting techniques.
• Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and basic maintenance equipment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Reliable transportation and punctuality.
