Minimum of eighteen (18) years of age required; HS diploma or equivalent preferred Previous experience in maintenance field preferred References to verify competency required Ability to read and interpret blueprints preferred Valid New York Drivers License and clean driving record required Heathwood provides multiple levels of care including adult home, enhanced care and special needs care.
