We are looking for detail oriented individuals to assist with maintenance related issues at lodging accommodations, property rentals & commercial properties. Maintenance workers should come to work ready to tackle fun & exciting projects or renovations. Maintenance workers are expected to maintain professionalism when around customers & to have a good attitude at work. To be a successful member of our maintenance team, you should have willingness to learn, on the job problem-solving, and versatility. An exceptional maintenance worker should be able to communicate clearly & get assigned duties done in a timely manner.

Job Responsibilities :

Troubleshoots issues to determine necessary repairs. Performs general repairs that do not require specialized technician. Examples included but are not limited to; drywall, painting, & repairing doors, building furniture, cleaning exterior of properties (gutters, power wash) & other building fixtures. Cleans & assists with upkeep of facilities. Inspects & installs appliances & equipment. Collaborate with workers & other professionals during renovations General knowledge on lawn care & landscaping. Communicate with supervisors & team. Performs other related duties as assigned. Requirements Ability to follow instructions from supervisors or senior maintenance workers. Knowledge of general carpentry and repair. Ability to use hand tools and power tools.
