Labor /Maintenance Worker Location:
Stringtown, OK Looking for a hands-on position where every day is different? We're seeking a dependable Labor / Maintenance Worker to join a safety-focused team in Stringtown, OK. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working outdoors, operating equipment, performing maintenance tasks, and helping keep job sites running smoothly.What You'll Do:
- Clean and prepare work sites and plant areas
- Remove debris, clear vegetation, and maintain site appearance
- Tend pumps, compressors, and generators
- Monitor equipment and plant operations for spills, mechanical issues, or safety concerns
- Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs using hand and power tools
- Assist with mechanical maintenance activities as needed
- Maintain clean work areas using shovels, brooms, and other manual tools
- Help with traffic control on site when required
- Drive company vehicles on company property or job sites when necessary
- Report unsafe conditions, accidents, incidents, or equipment concerns promptly
- Support a culture focused on safety, environmental responsibility, and teamwork
What We're Looking For:
- High School Diploma or GED preferred
- At least 1 year of general labor experience
- Ability to work outdoors in varying conditions
- Comfortable using hand tools and power tools
- Strong work ethic and commitment to workplace safety
- Reliable transportation and attendance
