Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a motivated Assistant to help support a Marina operation. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in an environment assisting with Marina maintenance tasks. This paid position provides valuable hands-on experience working in a Marina. Responsibilities Prior Experience or Training in Swimming; highly desirable for safety purposes on docks and around the water. Ability to Work Long Hours; outdoor year round. Common Knowledge of Maintenance; including carpentry (use of tape measure, drills, saws and screw guns for dock maintenance), landscaping (use of commercial lawn mowers, trimmers and chainsaws), power washing (boat bottoms) and also general painting. Capability to Lift Heavy Material; cinder blocks (40lbs)/boat stands (25lbs) Common Knowledge of Boating.

Pay:

$16.00 - $20.00 per hour Application Question(s): Are you able to work outside for long periods of time in any type of temperature? Are you physically capable to block boats?
