Details:

Temp-to-Hire position $21.00 /hour Full Time work available First Shift (Monday through Friday) Independently perform a wide range of building and grounds repairs and maintenance functions calling for frequent physical exertion. Repair windows, doors, doorframes, locks and mailboxes. Order materials, supplies and equipment for own purposes and for other working on team and may lift heavy objects into place. Inspect apartments for maintenance work to be done, usually as a result of a resident request or work ordersUse a wide range of hand tools and equipment, such as drills, hammers, pliers Property Maintenance - 1st

Qualifications:

Working knowledge of and skill in applying knowledge in plumbing, electricity, heating, carpentry, painting, and mechanical equipment. Ability to read blueprints, drawings and technical documents. Ability to perform complicated building maintenance tasks of varying difficulty independently. Knowledge of tools and methods to be used in a wide range of building maintenance work. Knowledge of occupational hazards and safety measures. Ability to direct the work of others, such as laborers and aides. Ability to understand and carry out oral and written instructions.
