What You'll Do As a Junior Planner, you'll support the planning and coordination of work while learning how projects and plant activities are prepared, scheduled, and executed. Prepare basic work packages, schedules, and material requests. Review procedures, drawings, and other technical information. Help identify the materials, tools, equipment, and resources required for work. Coordinate with maintenance, engineering, operations, and other departments. Maintain accurate planning records and update planning systems. Follow established safety, quality, and regulatory requirements. Develop practical skills in planning, scheduling, organization, communication, and problem-solving. What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree. Recent graduate or early-career professional. Eager to learn and willing to ask questions. Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy. Organized and dependable with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
