About the role Repairs and maintains an organization's facilities, systems, or equipment. The Facilities Supervisor will lead and coordinate all Maintenance Technicians and Maintenance Manager. You will be responsible for the day‑to‑day supervision of a multi‑shift workforce (5 days a week) with primary production focus on first shift. Key duties include project scheduling, work‑assignment, and performance oversight; ensuring reliable operation of equipment, building systems, and grounds; and partnering with functions to meet critical production schedules and safety standards. What you'll do Receives work order requests for facilities maintenance from employees, tenants, customers, or other visitors. Ensures work is performed in a timely manner, and triages requests to prioritize the most critical repairs. Inspects and performs preventative maintenance or as-needed repairs on facilities or systems, which may include mechanical or electrical systems, HVAC or other environmental management systems, generators or power management systems, or fire or safety systems. Makes basic repairs and coordinates the work of specialists when more complex repairs are needed. Schedules maintenance or repairs to minimize disruptions to organizational operations wherever possible. Qualifications 3 + years of progressive facilities/maintenance supervision experience, preferably in a multi‑site, 24‑/7 environment. Strong knowledge of preventive‑maintenance practices, building systems, and safety regulations. Performs work under general supervision. Handles moderately complex issues and problems, and refers more complex issues to higherlevel staff. Possesses solid working knowledge of subject matter. May provide leadership, coaching, and/or mentoring to subordinate group. The pay range for this role is: 28 - 35 USD per hour(Banning Facility)
