Accepting applications BG Staffing is seeking an experienced and dependable Maintenance Supervisor to support an apartment community in La Mesa, CA 91942. This is a great opportunity for a skilled maintenance leader who can oversee daily operations, guide the maintenance team, and ensure the property remains in excellent condition.

Pay:

$26/hr

Schedule:

M-F 8-5

Start Date:

8.31.26 | Contract‑to‑Hire Opportunity Responsibilities

Lead and supervise the maintenance team in daily operations
Oversee work orders, repairs, and preventive maintenance
Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and appliance issues
Manage unit turns and ensure make‑readies are completed on schedule
Maintain community grounds, common areas, and equipment
Ensure all work meets safety, compliance, and quality standards
Communicate professionally with residents and staff
Coordinate with vendors and contractors as needed Requirements
Previous experience as a Maintenance Supervisor or Lead Technician
Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and general maintenance

REQUIRED

Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Reliable, detail‑oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
