Responsibilities Manage the daily operations of the service department, ensuring smooth workflow and timely vehicle turnaround Lead, motivate, and develop a team of service technicians and advisors to deliver top-tier automotive repair services Oversee vehicle diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance including oil changes, brake repairs, suspension work, tire services, shocks & struts, transmissions Utilize estimating software to prepare accurate repair estimates and service writing Drive sales through upselling additional services such as vehicle diagnostics or maintenance packages while maintaining integrity and customer trust Ensure all work complies with safety standards, manufacturer specifications, and dealership policies Maintain excellent client communication by explaining repairs clearly, managing expectations, and providing outstanding customer service Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to productivity, customer satisfaction, and revenue growth Experience Proven dealership or auto service management experience with a strong background in automotive diagnostics and repair procedures Extensive mechanic experience with hands-on knowledge of automotive systems including transmissions, suspension components, brakes, shocks & struts, tires Familiarity with estimating software for precise service writing Demonstrated ability to upsell services ethically while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction Strong client communication skills coupled with excellent sales abilities in an automotive setting Experience in auto service management roles that involve overseeing technician teams and managing workflow efficiently Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; ability to drive company vehicles as needed Join us in delivering exceptional automotive care while leading a motivated team dedicated to excellence!

$84,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
