Constellation Energy is seeking a Senior Manager, Maintenance Execution to lead maintenance strategies across our energy generation assets. In this role, you will oversee planning and execution of preventive and corrective maintenance, drive asset reliability, and ensure strict adherence to safety and regulatory standards. You will lead a multidisciplinary team, optimize maintenance budgets and schedules, and implement data-driven improvements.
