Full-Time Skinner Overlook Landscape & Design is hiring an experienced Lawn Maintenance Foreman / Crew Leader to lead a professional landscape maintenance crew. This position is responsible for completing scheduled residential, condominium, HOA, and commercial properties efficiently while maintaining a high standard of quality, safety, and professionalism. We are looking for someone who is dependable, takes pride in their work, and has experience leading a mowing and landscape maintenance crew. Responsibilities Lead and supervise a landscape maintenance crew Perform and oversee commercial mowing, trimming, edging, and blowing Ensure properties are completed efficiently and to company standards Assign daily tasks and provide direction to crew members Maintain crew productivity and quality throughout the workday Operate commercial zero-turn mowers, walk-behind mowers, string trimmers, backpack blowers, and other landscape equipment Load, unload, and properly secure equipment Maintain clean and organized trucks, trailers, and equipment Identify and report property concerns, damages, irrigation issues, or additional work needs Communicate professionally with customers, property managers, and company management Train crew members on proper work methods, equipment operation, and safety procedures Assist with seasonal landscape maintenance work as needed Participate in snow and ice removal operations during the winter season Qualifications Professional landscape maintenance experience required Crew leader or foreman experience strongly preferred Experience operating commercial mowing and landscaping equipment Knowledge of proper mowing, trimming, edging, and cleanup practices Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to manage a crew and stay on schedule Dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented Valid driver's license required Experience driving a truck and landscape trailer preferred DOT medical card preferred but not required Ability to perform physically demanding outdoor work in varying weather conditions Pay & Benefits $24.00-$28.00 per hour , based on experience Full-time employment Consistent seasonal work Opportunities for advancement Professional equipment and work environment Winter snow removal opportunities Schedule Full-time schedule with hours varying based on weather, seasonal workload, and operational needs.
