HVAC Service Manager Lead a Team. Grow a Department. Make an Impact. Are you an experienced HVAC service professional who's ready to take ownership of a thriving service department? We're looking for a Service Manager who can lead technicians, build strong customer relationships, and help drive the continued growth of a respected commercial mechanical contractor. What You'll Be Doing As the HVAC Service Manager, you'll oversee the day-to-day operations of the service department, ensuring technicians are supported, customers are taken care of, and the department continues to operate efficiently and profitably.
Responsibilities include:
Leading, mentoring, and developing HVAC service technicians Managing daily service operations, scheduling, and dispatch priorities Supporting technicians with complex troubleshooting and customer issues Building and maintaining relationships with key customers Overseeing preventative maintenance agreements and service contracts Reviewing repair recommendations, proposals, and project opportunities Monitoring department performance, profitability, and technician utilization Working closely with operations, project management, and sales teams to grow the business Promoting a culture focused on safety, accountability, and customer satisfaction What We're Looking For Strong commercial HVAC service experience Previous leadership experience as a Service Manager, Service Supervisor, Operations Manager, Service Foreman, or Lead Technician Knowledge of commercial HVAC systems including RTUs, chillers, boilers, controls, refrigeration, and related equipment Experience managing technicians and customer relationships Ability to balance technical expertise with business and operational decision-making Strong communication and leadership skills Why This Opportunity? Compensation:
