  • Day & Night Adecco is partnering with a leading food manufacturing company to hire a
  • Utilities Supervisor
  • to lead maintenance and utilities operations while keeping production running safely, efficiently and reliably. This is a
  • hands-on leadership role
  • — approximately 25-30% technical/maintenance work and 70-75% team supervision, coaching and development.
  • What You'll Do:
  • Lead, train and develop the maintenance/utilities team
  • Oversee daily maintenance activities, equipment readiness and production support
  • Troubleshoot and repair mechanical/electrical equipment and utility systems
  • Support
  • ammonia refrigeration, boilers, compressed air, steam, HVAC, pumps, motors and PLCs
  • Manage ammonia system inspections and
  • Process Safety Management (PSM)
  • requirements
  • Partner with Production, Quality and Engineering to minimize downtime and improve efficiency
  • Drive preventive/condition-based maintenance and continuous improvement
  • Maintain strong food safety, GMP, environmental and safety standards
  • Manage maintenance inventory, critical spare parts and department costs
  • What We're Looking For:
  • Strong maintenance/utilities leadership experience in a
  • manufacturing environment
  • Hands-on mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
  • Experience with
  • industrial ammonia refrigeration
  • strongly preferred
  • Experience leading and developing a maintenance team
  • Food manufacturing/processing experience is a plus
  • Strong understanding of safety, food safety and regulatory compliance
  • Comfortable working directly on the production floor in a fast-paced environment If you're a
