Team members must embrace, appreciate, and align well with our core values: We Win Together, We Take Pride, We Own It, We ARE Safe Responsibilities, include, but not limited to Remove snow safely and efficiently from commercial properties including but not limited to multi-family locations, parking lots, and the exteriors of high trafficked facilities by operating a Plow Truck. Oversee and supervise a team to clear roadways, loading areas, docks, parking lots, among others in winter conditions including snow, snow/rain mix, extreme weather and temperatures Supervise a team to create a safe pathway for the public, pedestrians, and traffic during snow season Report to assigned branch, or location within time frame given Be on call during the winter months for all snow and ice events May assist during a snow and ice event with by operating other snow or salt spreading equipment Ensures work is being conducted in a safe manner, and maintains work areas safe for the employee, the customer, public and the environment. Perform at a high and safe level of productivity
Requirements:
At least year experience supervising a team in snow site removal Valid Driver's License Pass driver's background check Pass pre-employment drug screen Able to work outdoors in different weather conditions Able to be on call 24/7 during winter season months Able to handle the physical demands of the position Be punctual and reliable Trainable, coachable, and able to grasp new concepts quickly Accountability to themselves and to their team Be someone others want to work with
