The chosen leader will take charge of property maintenance throughout the growing season and transition into coordinating critical snow removal efforts during the winter. Responsibilities Transport team members and equipment safely to designated job sites using a company truck and trailer. Perform a wide array of groundskeeping duties, such as operating stand-on mowers, blowing, and whipping. Direct the daily activities of the lawn care team to maintain high work standards and operational efficiency. Operate and oversee the safe daily use of assigned company vehicles, tools, and landscaping equipment. Support the company's winter operations by executing essential snow removal services. Requirements Hold a valid driver's license. Bring substantial hands-on experience and knowledge in lawn care and maintenance.
