We're looking to add a new Maintenance Supervisor to our just-in-time automotive assembly operation. The Maintenance Supervisor leads a small team to ensure installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of all site-wide equipment. The supervisor is responsible for creating a work environment committed to customer service and quality.

KEY JOB RESPONSIBLITIES

- Maintenance Supervisor Lead and retain a small, effective maintenance team. Assign and ensure completion of staff Work Orders in a timely manner. Manage preventive maintenance plans and ensure they are completed. Proactively monitor equipment and facility to identify and address potential issues. Coordinate necessary repair and preventive maintenance work with Operations & Engineering. Ensure use of safe work methods and compliance with related codes, ordinances and regulations. Track and maintain work order records, spare parts and maintenance history. Other tasks as needed.

DESIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

- Maintenance Supervisor Basic mechanical knowledge as well as knowledge of pneumatic, electrical and hydraulic systems Able to interpret & understand blueprints, technical schematics, & controls diagrams Effective verbal and written communication - including giving instructions and feedback, gaining buy-in and leading a team Proficiency with computer, including basics of Microsoft office. Experience with computer-based maintenance management system is ideal High level attention to detail, completeness, housekeeping, and follow-through Self-motivated - comfortable working independently under general guidance and direction Enjoys learning and able to learn new systems, processes and equipment Welding experience preferred Hilo & Boom Lift experience preferred High school diploma or GED; Bachelor's Degree a plus
