Responsibilities Coordinate and oversee all maintenance activities to ensure timely completion of tasks. Manage and maintain Appfolio for tracking work orders. Supervise maintenance staff, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality work. Requirements Proven experience in residential maintenance. Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Proficiency in English, both written and verbal, for effective communication. Experience supervising a team in a maintenance environment. Familiarity with Appfolio for tracking work orders.
