residential community located in Gloster, Mississippi, is seeking qualified applicants to join our team. This position offers flexible staffing options and may be filled by: One individual who performs both Property Management and Maintenance duties. A couple, where one person performs Property Management duties and the other performs Maintenance duties. Two separate individuals filling the Property Manager and Maintenance Technician positions independently. A free one-bedroom apartment on-site is provided as a benefit of employment.

Available PositionsProperty Manager Schedule:

Monday through Friday, 5 hours per day

Responsibilities:

Manage daily apartment office operations. Process applications, certifications, recertifications, and resident files. Maintain accurate tenant records and occupancy reports. Ensure compliance with

HUD PRAC-811

regulations. Follow all Fair Housing laws and regulations. Communicate professionally with residents, vendors, contractors, and regulatory agencies. Handle rent collection, notices, work orders, and resident correspondence. Market vacant units and assist with leasing activities.

Qualifications:

Property management experience preferred. Knowledge of HUD housing programs preferred. Strong organizational and computer skills. Excellent customer service and communication abilities. Ability to maintain confidential resident information.

Maintenance Technician Schedule:

Monday through Friday, 5 hours per day

Responsibilities:

Perform routine and preventative maintenance. Complete service requests in a timely manner. General plumbing repairs. Basic electrical repairs and troubleshooting. Carpentry and minor building repairs. Apartment turns and unit preparation. Grounds maintenance and curb appeal upkeep. Ensure property safety and cleanliness standards are maintained.

Qualifications:

Experience in apartment maintenance, construction, or related field preferred. Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and general repair work. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks. Valid driver's license preferred. Combined Property Manager /

Maintenance Technician Schedule:

Monday through Friday, 8 hours per day Candidates with experience in both property management and apartment maintenance are encouraged to apply.
