Landscape Maintenance Manager Alpine Reflections, Inc. | Belgrade, Montana $60,000-$75,000 DOE | Full-Time, Year-Round Position Overview Are you an experienced landscape professional who enjoys leading teams, working with clients, and creating beautiful outdoor spaces? Alpine Reflections is seeking a motivated Landscape Maintenance Manager to lead and grow our maintenance department. This position combines hands-on horticultural knowledge with leadership, scheduling, customer relations, and administrative management. You will have the opportunity to take ownership of the department, build and develop a strong maintenance team, and contribute to the continued success of Alpine Reflections. Key Responsibilities Team Leadership:

Recruit, hire, train, schedule, and support maintenance employees.

Department Operations:

Oversee daily operations, crew scheduling, mowing subcontractors, equipment, and department productivity.

Administrative Management:

Prepare maintenance contracts, estimates, proposals, invoices, and job documentation using our company software.

Client Relations:

Build strong customer relationships, conduct property site visits, and ensure quality service.

Landscape Maintenance:

Oversee planting, pruning, weed management, plant health, and seasonal horticultural care.

Winter Operations & Planning:

Prepare next-season contracts, staffing plans, and schedules, and assist with snow operations as needed.

Qualifications Experience:

3+ years of landscape maintenance or related industry experience preferred, with strong horticultural knowledge.

Leadership:

Previous supervisory or management experience preferred.

Administrative Skills:

Comfortable with computers, business software, contracts, and invoicing.

Organization:

Ability to manage multiple crews, schedules, and priorities effectively.

Communication:

Strong interpersonal, customer service, and problem-solving skills.

Work Ethic:

Dependable, self-motivated, and able to work independently.

Driver's License:

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Landscape design experience is a plus, but not required.

Compensation & Benefits Competitive Salary:

$60,000-$75,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications, with room to grow.
