We're looking for an exceptional technician who's ready to lead an exceptional team! Great Falls Auto Repair is a busy, established, family-owned and operated automotive repair shop seeking a highly experienced Working Shop Foreman . We're not looking for just another technician. We're looking for a proven automotive professional with extensive diagnostic experience, strong leadership abilities, and the knowledge to help take our entire shop to the next level. This is a hands-on leadership position for someone who enjoys solving challenging problems, developing technicians, and keeping a busy shop productive.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

Perform advanced diagnostics and complex automotive repairs. Lead, mentor, and develop our automotive technicians. Assist technicians with difficult diagnostic and repair challenges. Help oversee daily shop workflow and technician productivity. Work closely with service advisors to keep vehicles moving efficiently. Maintain high standards for repair quality and customer satisfaction. Perform quality-control inspections and help minimize comebacks. Lead by example with professionalism, accountability, and a strong work ethic.

OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE

MINIMUM 10 YEARS

of professional automotive repair shop experience —

REQUIRED.

✅ Extensive experience in advanced automotive diagnostics and repairs. ✅ Expert-level electrical, drivability, and mechanical troubleshooting abilities. ✅ Strong knowledge of modern vehicle systems and diagnostic equipment. ✅ Proven ability to diagnose problems efficiently and accurately. ✅ Excellent leadership, communication, and mentoring skills. ✅ Strong understanding of flat-rate production and shop efficiency. ✅ Ability to balance personal production with leading and supporting other technicians. Previous shop foreman or team leadership experience is strongly preferred. We're looking for someone who has spent years mastering this trade in a professional repair shop. DIY or backyard mechanical experience does not meet our requirements.
