Our immediate target is to double Customer Pay (CP) Labor within the next 90 days — and we are already driving the traffic to make it happen. We provide the roadmap; your job is to execute it with precision and lead people to do the same. What You'll Lead Build a synchronized, proactive Service operation that drives revenue and retention. Shift department culture from reactive to accountable — equipping your advisors and technicians with real leadership tools. Implement data-driven pricing and process strategies that maximize profitability. Drive consistent growth in CP Labor Sales, preventative maintenance, and MPI presentation. Build and develop a team that doesn't need to be micromanaged — because you've hired right and led well.
