Job Description

A highly respected and progressive Ag operation is looking to hire a Grain Superintendent in the area. This company is offering a competitive salary and full benefit package, along with a great team already in place.

Grain Superintendent Responsibilities:

Manage the planning and direction of facility operations Ensure that daily operations meet all standards and operational schedules Oversee inbound and outbound shipments of grain; understand logistics and delivery Oversee a team and promote improvement in quality, safety and cost performance Perform general maintenance and repairs of the facility

Grain Superintendent Requirements:

Minimum of 2+ years' experience in elevator management preferred Self-motivated, ambitious and able to meet on-time demands Strong work ethic, problem solving skills and leadership abilities Mechanical abilities a plus Please submit a resume for consideration.
