Overview We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Assistant Site Manager (7:00 AM - 3:30 PM) to oversee the daily operations of our facilities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cleaning and maintenance, ensuring that all areas are maintained to the highest standards. This role requires excellent leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage a team effectively. Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate cleaning and maintenance activities across various sites. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in all cleaning and maintenance operations. Conduct regular inspections of facilities to maintain cleanliness and functionality. Manage janitorial staff, providing training and support as needed. Oversee floor care procedures, including buffing and polishing as required. Coordinate residential painting projects and ensure quality workmanship. Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, placing orders as necessary. Address any maintenance issues promptly to ensure minimal disruption to operations. OWN TRANSPORTATION

Must have at least 3 years of supervisory experience. Ability to manage 15-25 employees in a pharmecutical setting which follows the FDA guidelines. Ability to operate floor care auto scrubbers and carpet cleaning equipment. Tile/floor stripping and waxing experience preferred. Proven experience in cleaning, janitorial, or custodial roles is essential. Strong knowledge of floor care techniques and equipment operation. Experience in commercial cleaning settings is preferred. Familiarity with residential painting processes is a plus. Background in industrial cleaning or facilities maintenance is advantageous. Previous porter experience will be considered an asset. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. Strong communication skills for effective team management and client interaction. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
