We're seeking a motivated Manager to help lead daily operations, support our sales team, and deliver exceptional experiences. Key Responsibilities:
Assist in Overseeing day-to-day dealership operations and ensure smooth workflow Support sales team with customer interactions, deal processing, and closing support Manage staff schedules, team performance, and daily tasks Deliver outstanding customer service and resolve issues promptly Handle inventory tracking, paperwork, compliance, and administrative duties Contribute to overall dealership goals and help maintain our top-rated standards
What We're Looking For:
2+ years in automotive, sales, retail management, or a related fast-paced environment (strongly preferred) Excellent communication, multitasking, and organizational skills Team player with a positive, professional attitude and strong attention to detail Reliable transportation and flexibility for dealership hours Eager to learn dealership systems, processes, and grow into higher leadership roles
