Job Description

A private Real Estate Company is hiring a Maintenance Supervisor responsible for supervising, training and developing the maintenance personnel for unit turns and work orders to maximize the safety and living standards for the tenants.

Maintenance Supervisor Qualifications:

3+ years of experience as a Maintenance Supervisor for 400 plus units.
Solid understanding of these systems: Electrical, Plumbing and Heating & Cooling
Knowledgeable in budgeting, Excel and specialized software.
