This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who takes pride in quality work, has strong communication skills, and enjoys working in a team-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Prioritize and complete maintenance service requests efficiently and professionally Oversee unit turnovers and ensure apartments are prepared for new residents Perform and coordinate repairs in areas such as plumbing, HVAC, electrical, carpentry, and drywall Participate in preventative maintenance programs to preserve asset value Conduct occasional exterior building repairs and grounds support Participate in on-call emergency rotation with maintenance team
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of experience in residential or multifamily property maintenance At least 1 year of supervisory or lead technician experience Proficiency in HVAC systems, appliance repair, plumbing, carpentry, and basic electrical work EPA Universal or Type II HVAC Certification required Strong organizational and time management skills Solid communication and customer service abilities Must own and maintain basic hand tools Ability to pass a background check, drug screen, and physical Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
