What you'll do: Perform routine maintenance and repairs on apartment units and common areas. Respond to resident service requests in less than 3 hours. Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting issues. Consistently exemplifying the Wasatch brand. Embodying an owner's mindset.

A Team Player Organized and Accountable What we're looking for: Currently working as a Maintenance Technician and looking for an opportunity to grow into a Team Lead or Lead Maintenance role. Or previous experience as a Lead Maintenance Technician, Lead Technician, or in a similar leadership role preferred. Experience in repairing and/or maintaining the following: Electrical Systems Plumbing Appliances Flooring Carpentry Heating and Air Systems/HVAC Pools Detail-oriented, flexible, and able to multitask. Ability to work independently, lead and as a part of a team. Superior customer service skills. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Availability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and rotating on-call responsibility for after-hours emergencies.

Benefits and Pay Range :

The pay range for this position is $26.00 - 28.00 USD per hour depending on experience, plus quarterly bonus potential! Candidates starting pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, and qualifications.
