Maintenance Supervisor

Piney Flats, TN

We are seeking a hands-on, results-driven Maintenance Supervisor to lead maintenance operations at our manufacturing facility. This role is responsible for supervising maintenance technicians, ensuring equipment reliability, minimizing downtime, and driving continuous improvement initiatives across the plant. If you're a strong leader with a background in industrial maintenance and a passion for leading high-performing teams, we'd like to hear from you. What You'll Do Supervise and develop a team of maintenance technicians across assigned shifts

Coordinate preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities

Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic equipment issues

Partner with Production, Engineering, and Operations teams to maximize equipment uptime and operational efficiency

Ensure maintenance work is performed safely and in compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements

Manage maintenance schedules, work orders, and CMMS activities

Support root cause failure analysis and implement corrective actions to prevent recurring issues

Monitor spare parts inventory and coordinate with purchasing as needed

Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on reliability, productivity, quality, and cost reduction

Ensure team accountability, performance management, and technical development What We're Looking For 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment

2+ years of supervisory or leadership experience preferred

Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and PLC-controlled systems

Experience with preventive and predictive maintenance programs

Familiarity with CMMS software and maintenance planning processes

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and equipment manuals

Strong problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills
