3005100847-2 Apply for this job now Job Description Heidelberg Materials is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead daily maintenance activities at our manufacturing facility. In this safety-focused role, you will plan, prioritize, and oversee mechanical and electrical repairs, preventive and predictive maintenance, and equipment inspections to maximize plant reliability. You will supervise and develop a crew of maintenance technicians, coordinate contractors, manage parts and maintenance records, and support root-cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate combines strong technical expertise with proven leadership, communication, and a commitment to safety and sustainability. Responsibilities Lead and supervise maintenance technicians in a manufacturing plant Plan, schedule, and prioritize preventive and corrective maintenance Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical equipment issues Ensure strict adherence to safety policies and procedures Coordinate and oversee outside contractors as needed Manage spare parts, tools, and maintenance inventory Maintain accurate maintenance records and CMMS data Support root-cause analysis and reliability improvements Train and develop team members' technical and safety skills Collaborate with operations to minimize downtime and optimize equipment performance Required Skills Mechanical systems maintenance Electrical troubleshooting Preventive and predictive maintenance CMMS software usage Industrial safety and OSHA compliance Root-cause analysis Reading technical drawings and schematics Maintenance planning and scheduling Inventory and parts management Team leadership and supervision
