The ideal candidate is energetic, enthusiastic, passionate about serving seniors, and thrives as a collaborative team player. This leadership role is responsible for ensuring the community remains safe, well-maintained, and welcoming for residents, families, staff, and visitors. We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, demonstrates strong problem-solving skills, and is committed to providing exceptional service and support to our residents and team.

We Offer:

Pay:

$25-$28 per hour,

DOE Schedule:

Essential Duties:

General maintenance and repairs Work orders kept up to date Keeping the grounds and building in working order Regulatory compliance Preparing apartments for move-in

Job Requirements:

Knowledge of building maintenance Operation of hand and power tools Excellent communication and organizational skills Highly motivated and enjoys meeting or exceeding measurable goals Possess a clean, valid Washington State Drivers License Village Concepts, a three-generation, family-owned company, has been a leader in the senior housing industry for over 50 years.
