This leadership role is responsible for ensuring the community remains safe, well-maintained, and welcoming for residents, families, staff, and visitors. DOE Schedule:

General maintenance and repairs Work orders kept up to date Keeping the grounds and building in working order Regulatory compliance Preparing apartments for move-in

Job Requirements:
