Overview

An established private aviation maintenance organization is seeking an experienced Lead Aircraft Maintenance Technician (A&P) to join its growing team in western Wisconsin, less than 45 minutes from the St. Paul metropolitan area.

Qualifications

Valid FAA Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) Certificate required.

Minimum of 5+ years of aircraft maintenance experience, preferably within a Part 145 Repair Station environment.

Previous experience leading maintenance teams, acting as a lead technician, or mentoring junior mechanics is highly preferred.

Strong working knowledge of Federal Aviation Regulations (FARs).

Experience on business jet aircraft, particularly Citation, Gulfstream, and Challenger platforms, is highly desirable.

Ability to read and interpret maintenance manuals, technical data, and aircraft schematics.

Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and organizational skills.

Ability to work flexible schedules, including occasional weekends, overtime, and travel assignments.
