Up to $1,000 $1,000 Referral Bonus Paid Time Off (PTO) Medical Insurance 401(k) with 4% Company Match Free Meals During Your Shift Holiday Gifts & Team Appreciation Events Employee DREAMS Program Key Responsibilities Oversee the day-to-day maintenance and upkeep of the community Complete and prioritize maintenance requests and work orders Perform and coordinate general repairs and preventative maintenance Maintain the interior and exterior of the building, grounds, equipment, and common areas Manage inventory of maintenance supplies, equipment, furniture, and other assets Coordinate with outside vendors and contractors as needed Monitor maintenance expenses and help manage the department budget Ensure required inspections, testing, and preventative maintenance are completed Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation Help ensure compliance with OSHA, state, and federal safety regulations Identify potential safety concerns and address issues promptly Participate in an on-call rotation Work collaboratively with community leadership and other departments What We?re Looking For Previous maintenance, facilities, or building operations experience Leadership experience or the ability to effectively lead and organize maintenance operations Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills Excellent communication and organizational skills Ability to prioritize multiple projects and responsibilities A dependable, hands-on leader who takes pride in their work Commitment to maintaining a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for residents Willingness to learn and grow within the Azura team Ready to Lead With Purpose?
