Job Description

Lupient KIA of Milwaukee is looking for an experienced Automotive Service Manager to join our team! We positioned ourselves in the market for continued growth and repeat business and are looking for a leader to take charge of fixed operations, focusing on providing a great customer experience, a high quality of work, and a thriving environment that not only attracts and retains customers, but employees alike.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Hires, trains, counsels, and monitors the performance of service department team Establishes and maintains good working relationships with customers to encourage repeat and referral business Ensures that all phone calls and customers are greeted promptly and are given fair estimates on costs and time required for repairs/maintenance Effectively communicates with team members regarding work direction, expectations, and coaching Prepares and administers the annual operating budget for the Service Department Maintains reporting systems required by general management and factories Monitors daily productivity reports and payroll records
QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum of 5 years of industry experience with supervisory responsibility Computer proficiency Excellent communication, organizational skills, and strong attention to detail Must demonstrate understanding of basic accounting practices Must demonstrate ability to read, understand, and troubleshoot financial statement Must demonstrate ability to create forecasts and marketing plans Ability to work under pressure and multi-task in a professional manner Will be required to earn and maintain ongoing industry and factory related training requirements
