In this resident-focused role, you will oversee technicians and vendors, complete and prioritize work orders, and perform hands-on HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general building repairs. You will manage preventive maintenance, unit turns, safety and code compliance, and maintenance budgets. Working closely with property management, you'll help ensure high-quality, well-maintained homes and support a collaborative, accountable, and integrity-driven team culture. Responsibilities Supervise and schedule maintenance technicians and contractors for an apartment community Complete and prioritize resident work orders and emergency repairs Perform HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and appliance repairs Implement preventive maintenance programs for building systems and grounds Monitor property conditions, safety, and code compliance Manage maintenance inventory, tools, and purchase orders Coordinate with property management on capital projects and unit turns Maintain accurate maintenance records and reporting Ensure resident service is timely, professional, and resident-focused Uphold company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements Required Skills Apartment maintenance HVAC repair Plumbing repair Electrical troubleshooting Carpentry and drywall Preventive maintenance planning Vendor coordination Maintenance budgeting Work order management Safety and code compliance
