Dominium Management Services, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead daily maintenance operations at a multifamily apartment community. In this role, you will oversee a small maintenance team, schedule and complete service requests, manage preventive maintenance, and coordinate unit turns to support resident satisfaction and property performance. You will troubleshoot HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliance issues, partner with vendors, ensure safety and code compliance, manage inventory, and maintain accurate records. You'll model our collaborative, resident-focused culture while mentoring staff and supporting continuous improvement. Responsibilities Lead and supervise on-site maintenance technicians and contractors Prioritize, assign, and complete resident service requests Perform hands-on HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliance repairs Plan and execute preventive maintenance for building systems and common areas Coordinate unit turns, inspections, and punch lists to meet move-in deadlines Ensure safety, code compliance, and adherence to company maintenance standards Manage maintenance inventory, tools, and equipment Coordinate and oversee outside vendors and contractors Maintain accurate maintenance records, work orders, and reports Support a collaborative, resident-focused culture and high customer service standards Required Skills Property maintenance HVAC troubleshooting Basic plumbing repair Electrical repair (residential) Appliance repair Preventive maintenance planning Work order management Vendor coordination Inventory management Safety and code compliance Team leadership Unit turns and inspections
